Online or in-person?  Let me know.
Online lessons with Zoom or FaceTime:
We will need extra patience when wifi connections falter.  Because sound quality can be an issue, be prepared to make frequent recordings for me to evaluate.  I will supplement your own lesson notes with an online assignment notebook.

In-person lessons will follow Safe Start guidelines for hand washing, mask-wearing, and cleaning the piano and other high-touch surfaces.  I will meet you at the door and check your temperature before lessons.  Passing time is scheduled between lessons, so that students won't cross paths in the studio.

PIANO TUNING
will make practice sessions more pleasant for the whole family.

PERFORMANCES
Lake Washington Music Teachers Association is ready to resume Musical Gift Recitals!  YouTube video playlists will be broadcast to 5 or 6 retirement homes every month.  What a delight for elderly shut-ins!  Another benefit: high school students can earn 1 hour of community service for each recital.
The deadline for the first MGR is midnight on October 31st.  You can make a video at home or in the studio -- contact me for details like dress code and time limits.

Zoom Piano Parties will be held each month.  4-person, in-studio Piano Parties may be offered as well.  Studio Recitals will be arranged as live Zoom events or small in-person gatherings with suitable social distancing.  Recordings will be shared via "unlisted" playlists, on my YouTube Channel.

Festivals, Musical Gift Recitals, Competitions and Exams
will be modified this year according to current safety guidelines.  The events could be online, one-on-one adjudications, or recorded performances.
