RECITAL CHECKLIST

HOME PRACTICE
 One run-through without stopping for a single mistake
      Can you start in the middle of your piece?
          Can you play the very last measure?
               Try on your recital clothes (especially shoes!)
DRESS CODE
   Fasten hair away from the right side of your face
        Look as sophisticated as possible.  No shorts, sweats or ripped jeans, please. 
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
    Piano pushups
        Bring your music -- even if you are playing from memory
AT THE RECITAL
    Mini/mental arm swings and foot flaps
        Sanitize your hands and try the piano
            Big smile
                BREATHE
